  1. We had this for dinner tonight. This is a very easy recipe to make and easy to adjust to your own personal likes and dislikes. In the description it lists 2 cups dry orzo, this is a bit much if you want any broth at all. Mine sat for about 20 minutes ..waiting for my husband to get off work…and the pasta absorbed all of the liquid. I quickly microwaved 2 more cups of chicken broth with a couple of handfuls of spinach and threw it in to make it more "soupy". Delish

  2. This is really good & very flexible & forgiving. I didn't follow the amounts, just the ingredients, because I made it much smaller due to having a small amt. of orzo. I don't eat spinach, so substituted kale which prob. tasted better than spinach, & cut up a whole tomato since I didn't have cherry. I will defo make this again! It was quick & tasty.
