  1. Hot tip: Wait with the vinegar until just before you take it off the heat, or even until just before it's served. Also forgot to mention the obvious: it's incredible. Made it 3 times last month. But I can recommend using just under half a teaspoon (or to taste) of cayenne instead of white pepper. Maybe it's just me, but the white pepper smells really bad.
