I’m trying to gain weight and stay healthy. Why aren’t their any videos on this? I’m 30lbs underweight and no matter what I eat I can’t gain weight. Should be more specific, there are fast carbs and slow carbs. I lost 100 lbs eating slow carbs every day (fruit, vegetables and whole grain)
