  2. I'll pass on the dairy, cheese and butter. You don't need them. They are terrible for enlarging men's prostate as they are high in oestrogen.
    I also pass on the kale. Other cruciferous green veg eg broccoli and sprouts are fine. 
    All the other stuff mentioned is good.

  3. I’m trying to gain weight and stay healthy. Why aren’t their any videos on this? I’m 30lbs underweight and no matter what I eat I can’t gain weight.
