  1. 100 g of peanuts is 567 calories…how much u added?
    1 chapatti is 120 calorie alone , yeah small one.
    1 tbsp of jaggery is 40 calories + 1 tsp cow gee is 45 calories ,lets not talk about other ingredients.
    Sum up..mam all ur snacks are great and good replacement as well but please be correct with your calorie count. 100 calories are as easy as getting one 5rs perk
