  1. I used to watch your videos religiously a couple of years ago when I was trying to go WFPB and your pico was always a staple for me, made huge bowls of it. After 2 months I went back to an omnivore diet, still like super healthy but slowly stopped eating WF so within a few months was eating not so healthy, back came the cheese, to much wine etc… Fast forward 3 years and I end up with CFS. I start a recovery program and besides other things, what do they highly recommend? A whole food plant based diet. I was kinda mad to be honest bc I had convinced myself that it wasn’t my best option, but all I could think of was WYW and your dang pico. But also that the best I ever felt, the least pain I had, and the best sleep I ever had was following WFPB, so here I am again, so excited I already knew about your channel. And look, wow, you’ve got a kid now haha.

  2. I'm a new viewer, and I must say, you have made the idea of going fully plant based less overwhelming. Tried my own version of the potato and corn chowder, and it came out great. I used trader joes roasted potatoes and had to break some up because they were too big. For seasonings, I did old bay seasoning, paprika, garlic, and Tabasco hot sauce.

    Thank you.

  3. I love that you are making recipes that are simple/non fancy and not expensive. Quite often it gets a lot of work and costs are adding up if you cook wfpb. And not to mention an waaaay out of control amount of dishes :S (I don't have a dish washer and a small kitchen) blegh.
