  1. Off topic. I just watched an older video of you interviewing the keto campers. You asked them how old their kids were when they took them camping. We started camping with our daughter at 8 months old. She loved it! Just make a list of things you’ll need. Don’t forget bug repellent 😊.

  2. Great tips! Because I watch other YouTube videos that suggest eating all the the healthy stuff when you start but that’s why I never start because it seems so strict to me!! And the only way I will stick with it is if I can have a mug cake or fat bomb or just knowing it’s ok to have makes me feel better! I can see myself eating more like you both keep it simple! 👍👍

  3. I have high blood pressure , so im not supposed to have salt. Keto seems very salty. Im having a hard time staying on keto and limiting my sodium. Keto isnt cheap. Its just 2 of us but we have about $75 a week for food. That's like $11 a day for 2 people. That's hard to do on keto.

  4. Pepperrettes, eggs, mud cakes, coconut flakes and nuts are great snacks. I also like “milk shakes” my version is 1T heavy cream, 1scoop protein powder, flavour, sweetener, 1/2 tsp xanthan gum and 12 ice-cubes, blend till smooth and drink.

  5. Man I agree with you both so much and I like that you are talking long term success. It is easy to get burned out on meat, salad,veggie, keto coffee every day . I am surprised you did not have keto coffee on the list but hey it is a great list. Thank you for taking the time to make suck a good video.

  6. I need to know how many carbs are in the mug cakes and the microwave bread. My wife is not sure about eating them, I came up with .5g of carbs for the bread. So far she doesn’t like the mug cakes, but its ok we are both doing good. I Enjoy watching your videos. Thanks
