  3. Hi Sara Lynne….I can totally relate to your conversation around restaurant portion sizes. Our favourite restaurant serves a "platter for two" that easily serves us BOTH for 3 meal times without feeling like we've skimped on our servings. It took doing take-out for the duration of the pandemic for us to discover this. When we ate it IN the restaurant we often finished it up in the in-house sitting. Now we get it delivered, eat a plateful each and then divide up and store the remainder for dinner at least once (and often TWICE) more.

  4. I’m guilty of negative self talk when it comes to my eating habits, but I was happily surprised that I’ve incorporated a lot of these tips already in the past couple of years! It really is astonishing how gradual change can eventually become “the new normal.” And I’ve noted several new things to start adding thanks to your video. Happy 2022!
