  1. I just made this for my husband and myself and it was outstanding.if I did anything different, and there’s really no need to do that, I’d use a little less onion and save myself some carbs. This meal is definitely going in our rotation. Thanks so much for sharing the recipe.

  2. I currently have only watched the Easy Chicken Casserole.

    Why did you use butter as your only fat/oil for a medium to high heat cooking? The smoke point of butter is 302 and some say as low as 250.

    I would use avocado oil plus butter for flavor and heat protection of the oil.
