  1. So I’ve been eating clean for about a month. Everything is fine. I’ve been making foods I like so not much struggle here. The only time I struggle is when I reach my monthly cycle. My cravings for sweets and bread go crazy. Is cheating and eating something like that, even a small amount, completely off-limits for someone like me? πŸ˜” because sometimes I just wanna have a small ice cream but I also mentally can’t because the guilt will eat me alive! I just feel like my level of cautiousness is probably unhealthy.

  2. Thank you for your videos it is very informative. I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer last November 2020. Now i currently don’t have thyroid and weightloss is now an uphill battle. Please if you could do a video about foods to eat post cancer diagnosis especially thyroid cancer. Thank you and God bLess.

  3. This was good information for me. I might fit into a different category though. I do go to the gym and lift heavy so I need extra proteins or fuel to continue to make gains. I am pre diabetic and have been. I do have some extra fat around my waist, but with the muscle I have I'm not considered obese. I think a proper meal plan would benefit my goals. I'm 63 yrs old lifetime natural, I'm not looking to be ripped just reduce my blood sugars.
