I’m taking this time out to appreciate Dr Igudia on YouTube who cured my diabetes with the natural herbs supplements I ordered from him after I came across his YouTube channel.
Brown rice is not good for a diabetic ….it’s a starchy carb that causes blood sugar spikes and is best substituted with cauliflower rice
Eggs do contain Saturated animal fats, and there are also Saturated fats in Olive Oil.
I think it's better to consume oils with the fiber of the product instead, such as Flax seeds or Nuts.
Saturated fat causes problems for Diabetes so caution, please.
Dark chocolate still contains added sugar. It is way better natural cocoa instead!
Here we go again with the "good" carbs. There is no such thing. The first thing on any list to control type2 is fatty meats. There is a huge difference between trans and saturated fats. The latter is healthy. It's the trans fats that are dangerous and they are manufactured from plants.
Olive oil, nuts and seeds, eggs, peanut butter, greens, Ceylon cinnamon, dark chocolate, beans and lentils, brown rice, avocado
Good video
People with low income cant even affort 2 of those foods a day
"Peanut butter is an excellent substitute for refined carbohydrates," and it's pictured on rice cakes- a refined carbohydrate. Less than 3 minutes in and you lost me
I wish the world would make healthy foods less expensive but I know for a fact that this world wants us all dead
