Beef is a staple on the ketogenic diet because it’s naturally low in carbs. While a grilled grass-fed ribeye is one of the easiest and tastiest keto meals you can make, it’s not affordable for most and it can get boring to have no variety. You’ll find tons of easy-to-make low-carb and keto beef recipes that the entire family (and friends) will enjoy for lunch or dinner. Plus, they typically don’t take too long to make.

From a delicious burrito bowl to cheesy casseroles to more unique cheeseburger sushi, we have lots of different ideas that will inspire your next meal when you’re craving red meat. Of course, none of these need the extra carbs or starchy sides to make a mouth-watering dish that you’ll be happy to make again and again.

  1. Oh gosh! I think you outdid yourself in this one. The camera work was really nice! Okay, that came out like someone says, You look nice today and it sounds like theres an emphasis on today! Totally not what I intended. Its always good, but for some reason it looks brighter today and I actually took notice! Not to mention everything looks so good. I think Ill double the sauce on the Mongolian Beef recipe and eat really light on the carbs for my other meal that day. Id sort of forgotten that idea if using protein powder as a sub for cornstarch to coat the meat. Thanks for the reminder!
