  1. If you go with the microwave option THE BIGGEST thing is adjusting the cook-time to YOUR microwave. And off-set the plate to one side for the first interval and switch to the other side for the second. The cookie should feel kind of "cakey" when it comes out. As it cools, and sets, it will become soft and chewy ..and firm up. SO GIVE IT TIME!!!

  2. Honest review about these cookies, they were okay. No quiet the same as a regular cookie – obviously. While it was alright, I don’t think I’d make them again, I spent so much time off sugar, that even with the swerve it was really sweet. Made my stomach a bit upset after eating it, plus there’s a lot of calories/guilt after eating them haha. I would prefer a wholesome snack like deviled eggs over the sweets. Sourcing all the specific ingredients is pretty costly too, just my two cents..

    2.5 egg yolks………..0.75 carbs
    Salt…….five pinches…..0 carbs
    2.5 tsp vanilla……….1.25 carbs
    280g almond flour……37 carbs
    125g monk fruit swt…..0 carbs
    *55g Lily's carml choc..11 carbs
    ————————————————–
    Total……………………….50 carbs
    Divided by 10 cookies
    Each cookie 5 net carbs!

    *that's all the selection the store had, so i had to use block chocolate. ill have to buy the specific Lily's choco chips online
