  1. I tried to make this in the microwave in the past and it was a disaster the first time.The cottage cheese always needs to be freshly open! When you have a bit more liquid in it won't work. If you drain your cottage cheese it will work even it's not freshly opened! Thanks for the recipe Mayra I will try to make it in the frying pan too!👍😘

  3. A chip of any kind is merely a vessel to deliver something else to your mouth like salsa, dip, etc. I like having “mouth feel” in my eating so this chip just might be a great option. Easy enough to make and serving with Keto friendly guacamole will be my first test Thanks!!

  4. Hi I made them before in the microwave, but it takes longer than than the stove top. So now I’m going to make them in stove top. I didn’t flavor mine before cooking, but I sprinkle some Ranch flavor for popcorn and it was delicious! Thank you for testing them in stove top. You’re amazing! 💕
