I tried eating half an Avacodo a day for about 7 to 10 days only to begin getting sick. Had to put them down for a time and change up my habits.

Does wearing a stethoscope make you more believable? I can't eat Garlic, Cabbage, most leafy vegies or dark chocolate. I can't have basil, cilantro, etc. Bleeding Ulcers.
Careful of the spinach. Lots of people – myself included – develop kidney stones because of too much spinach. It contains a compound that help build the little buggers. Creamed spinach with meatloaf: Oh soo good.

Hello I love the keto and I am new still learning about it
We are starting soon. Yesterday I bought a ton of stuff, Blue cheese dressing, buttermilk ranch, almond flower, nuts, almond milk, etc. I'll have a hard time with not having fruits and sandwices.. plus freash sweet corn from my garden. Wish us luck! Thank you

Some of the foods are not good for people with gout flare-ups. Also, i need to stay away from foods that increase histamines, mostly the fermented foods and aged cheese! 🙁

Dr. Boz, great videos! Got a question… if you have a cow's milk allergy, what would you suggest as substitutions for butter, cheese, etc?
You need to wear a lab coat, that stethoscope is not enough to "show" that you're a doctor.
