  3. The other day I made beef stew in the crockpot for my husband. Before adding the carrots and potatoes and making the gravy part,I took out a pieces for beef for myself.Anyway,when it was done I told my husband it was ready but I had no idea if it was good or needed something! I got a very weird look from him!I had no idea what it tasted like! I didn’t want to taste test and maybe go off plan. P.S. It only needed salt! Lol!

  4. I admire you so much. You may not be perfect but nobody is and that’s not what people are looking for. There are a ton of channels that fool us into thinking they are so perfect and then you find out they use filters and lie about what they do. Who wants that crap. You willingly show us the real and you don’t shy away from mistakes or pitfalls and that is what we want to see. We want to see someone like us getting it done and raising a family while doing it. πŸ˜‰

  5. Have you ever dealt with hair loss while doing keto? I’m roughly a month in and am losing a lot of hair. I’m not sure if I should keep going. I was told that it is very temporary and that it should subside within 2 months from when it started. I’m taking collagen 1-2 times per day, just not everyday. Please let me know if you (or anyone) has any advice. I really don’t want to give up!

  6. You are rockin' keto! That is how I cook making it up as I go. Your dinner looks real tasty! You could take that mixture & layer it with sliced zucchini & add a little yogurt to extend the sauce. All your videos help & are encouraging! Beautiful Christmas tree!

    I haven't been on your channel for long, but I must say your a natural. I really like your personality and your style.

    Anyway I have a few questions;
    Where can I get a monitor like yours for sugar/ketones? Also someone suggested to get a Macros chart at Google. But the one I saw wasn't very user friendly. Do you have any suggestions? I've been doing keto off and on for the past 4 months. I'm also diabetic and trying to get off of the meds. I'll be doing the beef and butter fast this week as it really looks good to me.

  8. On your macros… you only need to eat as much fat as needed to keep you satisfied… So whatever number does that – only as much as needed to keep you from being hungry. Some think you need to have as much fat as possible but that's not right. If you eat too much fat you will be burning the consumed fat instead of the fat on your body.
