  1. Still too early here for great tomatoes but I made this last night anyway with fresh tomatoes that weren't fantastic. The soup was still SOOOO SO good – absolutely delicious! Definitely will make this again – it was so easy, healthy and it got rave reviews at the dinner table. Can't wait to get my hands on more flavorful tomatoes and have another go Thanks Daddy Lau!!

  2. i literally just had this soup last thursday night when my sister and brother and i decided to try out a new restaurant – not knowing that it is a chinese renstaurant. we ordered this soup without any idea what it was, regardless, it tastes so good. it is a bit sour, which is quite similar to Filipinos Sinigang, but this one is made of tofu and eggs and tomatos.
