Ingredients:
– 90-100g of low carb dark chocolate
– 1 tbsp of coconut oil
– 230g of sliced strawberries
– halved hazelnuts
– pistachios
– almond butter
– cashew or peanut butter
– salt flakes
Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil. Line strawberries on parchment paper, top with nuts and almond and cashew/peanut butter. Cover with melted dark chocolate (be sure to cover the edges well). Freeze for 20-25 min, cut into slices and enjoy.
