  1. excellent way to get protein and good vegetables, fast. always love when they have this as first course in restaurants, now I know how to make it at home myself. woo hoo! I don't have "chicken powder" seasoning, but imagine using chicken broth in lieu of water would be good for that.

  2. Love your videos and am truly enjoying the recipes! My favorite so far is the vegetarian hot and sour soup, and last night cooked the rainbow chicken and veggie stir fry for my Mom — it was fantastic! 🙂 Also much like your parents, mine grew up very poor in Asia, when eggs were a delicacy, chicken even more so. Wonderful to see you preserving your father's legacy on video for all posterity, and please do tell your Daddy that his step by step instructions are clear, easy to follow, and much appreciated. <3

  3. I just want to let you guys know that you're one of my favorite YT cooking channels right now. I like how your recipes posted online are very comprehensive and flexible. I also love how you discuss the culture and history behind each dish which shows a lot of heart and passion which cooking should have!!! I hope your channel grows bigger.

  4. Thank you so much for your Channel, your Videos, and Recipes. This Egg Flower Soup looks wonderful. And now I know WHY it's called Egg "FLOWER" Soup. It makes so much sense now. Love the parts where the family is at the table and you all have your conversations…it's great – makes me feel like family. Thanks again! …….Rob…….

  5. @Made With Lau – love love love the way your dad made the egg strands so super cloud like! a must add to soups is chili oil for people who love spice – wondering if your dad would please share his chili oil recipe? he must have a great twist and many tips for this staple and it would be such an honor to have his take on this?
