  1. I made this as per your recipe and it was delicious. I used Knox gelatin as that is what I had on hand. I also put a tablespoon of the yeast into the batter as I love the flavor of the yeast bread. The butter powder makes it lovely. I then made a second batch to try out a pizza crust so with that one I cut the butter powder back to one tablespoon, and then I added two tablespoons of Italian seasoning a teaspoon of garlic powder and two tablespoons of Parmesan cheese and then I spread the recipe out into a 10 x 15 inch cookie sheet lined with parchment and baked it for about 15 minutes. It turned out phenomenally except for it being deep dish at one end and thinner crusted at the other end. I let it cool and then I put a little bit of sauce and a bunch of toppings on it and threw it back into the oven on a pretty high heat for about 10 minutes and broiled it for one. The result was phenomenal.

  2. I just make this bread using the loaf bread mix with arrowroot and it came out perfect the addition of gelatin, whole egg powder and butter powder make the bread moist but not wet just like white bread, so far the best one like you said thank you

  3. Thank you for this! I tried my 1rst loaf and it came out like a doorstop made from a foam mattress. lol. I used a measuring cup and now know I had too much egg white powder. My husband and I had a great laugh over it. I need to order the pans you use, along with a scale, arrowroot and butter powder. I have whole egg powder and allulose. Also, where did you find those nifty containers you use? I like those because they will fit on the scale. Appreciate what you do to educate me on this Keto process.

  4. I will have to try this recipe as the bread looks so great. I have been a little hesitant about adding the extra ingredients as the bread I make now is good. I have bought a ton of ingredients and used once and are just sitting in the pantry now. I think I have everything in this recipe except the whole egg powder now. I look at sprouts today. I want to make a French bread pizza so might use this recipe for that.

  5. I just made your new favorite bread recipe it’s beautiful smells delicious but the sides sunk in do you know what I did do or what I did that would cause that to happen? I’m sure it won’t reflect in the flavor of the bread but that just drives me nuts that the sides aren’t straight🤣

  7. thank you for this video I have been going to ask you myself, what is your preference for just your daily bread. this is great to see. I do have a question I use real butter but I don’t know what the measurement would be to substitute. that’s the one thing you don’t cover if you use real butter instead

  8. Thank you so very much, the Perfect LOAF is explained so Delicious! I have tried so many just to see what the crazy tops I got, or, if I could use it to clean my counter tops, LOL(spongy texture). Then, I found out I could dry it and make baking mix for cookies or bread pudding, wow! I had just about given up on boiling eggs until I watched your video on using the Insta-pot, amazing…. now I have perfect eggs every time! The soup videos all look delicious as well. I am now waiting for my pineapple extract for my next treat. THANK YOU and the great ladies for all the recipes.

  9. I need a stand mixer but I didn't see anything that said what kind she is using. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I researched it but I couldn't tell which ones were good without being too pricey, I would like to keep it under $200. Thank you.

  11. YOU ROCK! You always give the results I look for in Keto/PSMF. Thank you for sharing your time, money, and love of providing to your family. You're a great soul and the world needs more people like you.

    Will make this loaf with Keto Super Powder (Olive Oil Powder) and omit the Arrowroot powder. Arrowroot has too high a GI for me at this time. Wish I could though. As for allulose I believe it is zero on the GI. Have to try and see how it affects me. Thanks again for all that you do!

  12. That would be a dream come true if my loaf ever came out as perfect as yours do 🤩. This recipe is the next loaf I’ll make. 🤞 it comes out like yours did. I have been making a combo recipe of the Hawaiian rolls with less egg yolks and the arrowroot and butter powder and beef bone broth powder So both things from you, Amy and Wendy. My husband likes it the best so far. But I’m trying this one next. Can’t wait to see the Allulose loaves. I’m only using 1 tbsp. 😘
