  1. These are wild, I'm curious, what's the sauce consistency like when you use these with red or white sauce in Italian analog dishes? Do the sauces thin out the way konjac causes them to? I've pretty much resigned to using spaghetti squash or palm heart for my italian sauce dishes and konjac when making soups like phΓ³ or ramen or stir fry like pad thai. I've been hoping to find a better stand in for thicker sauced recipes.
