Hi Friends! Come and meal prep with me realistic & easy plant based recipes! These vegan meals are so yummy and satisfying, you won’t want to skip this one!

🥪 EASY VEGAN SANDWICHES:

🍎🫐EASY OVERNIGHT OATS:

🍽Tikka Masala Recipe:
Sunflower Seed Jalapeno Dressing:

🍚🍓 Arroz con Leche
2 cups white rice
1 cinnamon stick
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups water
*For Toppings:
– plant milk
– strawberries
– maple syrup
For serving, add some soy milk or any plant milk you prefer. Microwave for about 2-3 minutes and I suggest covering and letting it sit for about 5 minutes. Add some strawberries, maple syrup and some more cinnamon powder and enjoy! 🙂

Salt & Pepper
Tabitha Brown’s Sunshine seasoning:
I baked for 25 minutes on 400F, flipping halfway through but adjust to your preference.
