Vegan Chilli Cheese Fries #ad

1 large white onion, diced
3 stalks celery
6 cloves garlic
2 bell peppers
1 can black beans
1 can kidney beans
4 @theverygoodbutchers plant based sausages
1 800g tin diced tomatoes
2.5 cups Passata (puréed tomatoes)
2 tbsp tomato paste
1.5 cups corn
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste
8 tbsp chilli powder
3 tbsp cumin
2 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp thyme
2 tbsp oregano
1 tsp chilli flakes
4 Yukon Gold Potatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
🥔To make your fries chop potatoes into fry shapes, then toss in olive oil, salt & pepper. Air fry 15 minutes 400f or bake for 45 min 400f tossing halfway for both options.
👌Sauté your onion, celery & carrot for 5 minutes then add in the garlic, mushrooms & peppers and sauté for 5 more minutes.
🥄 Add in the rest of the ingredients, mix & simmer for 20 minutes.
😋 Serve your chilli over your fries, top with some vegan cheese, cilantro & jalapeños!
