Ingredients list

1 and half cups Kodo millet / araka ( use millets of your choice)
3 cups water
Salt as required
3 tbsp oil
2 bay leaves

Carrot – 1
Potato – 1
Beans – 15 nos
Fried Onions – 4 tbsp
Green peas – 12 cup
(use vegetables of your choice)

Pulao masala
12 cup grated fresh/desiccated coconut
Green chillies – 2 (according to your taste buds)
12 onion
Garlic – 2 cloves
Ginger – 1 inch piece
Cloves – 3 nos
Cinnamon – 1 inch piece
kapok bud (marathi moggu) – 1
Green cardamom – 1
Fresh coriander leaves – handful
Fresh mint leaves – handful
Water to blend
