2 tbsp boiled sprouted chana
2 tbsp boiled sprouted math
2 tbsp boiled pea nut
2 tbsp raw mango
2 tbsp tomato
2 tbsp grapes
1 tbsp capscicum
2 tbsp onion
1/2 tbsp roasted cumin powder
1/2 tbsp chat masalo
1/4 tbsp kashmiri red chilly powder
salt to taste
