Ingredients:

Green Kachumber
12 Cucumber
1 small tomato
1 small apple
12 cup Pomegranate
14 cup salted peanuts
12 cup chopped Lettuc
14 cup Coriander leaves
1 Cup coriander leaves
20-25 Mint Leaves
2 green chilli or as per taste
1 small ginger piece
1 lemon juice
1 small piece of jaggery
salt and 1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp chat masala

Creamy kachumber
2 Cups cabbage or Lettuce
1 Cucumber
12 Tomato
12 green capsicum
12 yellow capsicum
14 Cup Boiled sweetcorn
14 cup Pomegranate
1-2 tbs Kishmis
20 cashew nuts
1 tbs jaggery
34 tsp salt
12 lemon
18 tsp Mustard seeds
14 tsp black paper corn
12 cup Coriander leaves
Black sesame seeds for
Garnishing

kakadi nu kachumber
250 Gm Cucumber
1 mild green Chili
4-5 tbs peanut powder
14 cup fresh grated coconut
Salt
1-2 tsp Sugar
12 lemon
Coriander Leaves

kachi keri nu kachumber
Raw Mango Salad

1 Raw Mango
1 Cucumber
12 Capsicum
14 Cup Carrot
1 Onion or cabbage
1 tbs Olive oil,salt,jaggery
12 lemon juice
1 tsp red chili powder
Sesame seeds and peanut
