This is a very healthy and quick instant breakfast recipe. All the ingredients used in this recipe are mostly available in our home kitchen. You can use any vegetables in this recipe which are easily available to you or available in you kitchen.

Ingredients:
1-1/2 Cup Semolina
2 tbsp Gram Flour
1/4 tsp Curd
2 Chopped Green Chillies
1 tbsp Chopped Onion
1/4 Cup Boiled Green Peas
1/4 Cup Sweet Corn
1/2 Chopped Capsicum
1 tbsp Grated Carrots
1 tsp Ginger Chilly Paste
1/4 tsp Carom Seeds
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
Water as Required
Salt to Taste
5-7 Curry Leaves
1 tbsp Chopped Coriander
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Water

For Tadka:
1 tbsp Oil
1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
5-7 Curry Leaves
2 tsp Sesame Seeds
1 tsp Grated Dry Coconut
2 Dry Red Chillies
1/4 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1/4 tsp Sambar Masala
Salt
Fresh Coriander
