Apple – 2 nos, Chopped
Dates – 4 nos, Soaked
Salt – a pinch
Cardamom powder – 1/4th tspn
Milk – 2 cups, Chilled

Chocolate Oats Smoothie
Ingredients
Oats – 1/2 cup
Almond – 8 pcs, soaked
Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp
Milk – 1 cup, Chilled
Honey – 1tbsp
Dates – 4 nos
