Onion- 1/3 cup
Capsicum-1/4 cup
Green beans – 1/4 cup
Carrot- 1/3 cup
Potato – 1/2 cup
Cauliflower- 1/3 cup
Tomato – 1/3 cup
Green peas – 1/3 cup
Coriander leaves
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Sugar-1/3 tsp (optional)
Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/3 tsp
Cooking oil- 2 tbsp
Salt to taste

  1. Mam I'm on diet and this recipe is too much help full for me. I tried it and it was very testy and I make it frequently and there is a request mam plz upload this kind of sabzi recipe for diet, that will be very much helpful for me because I'm non vegetarian and I don't know much about sabzi recipes.
