Oat omelettes are a popular breakfast/snack choice, in this recipe video I have shown the process of making two types of oat omelettes. First one is the vegetarian version which is also known as oats chilla and veg omelettes. The second variation is made with egg and is known as oats omelette.

Ingredients:
Oats Veg Omelette –
Instant oats – 1/2 cup
Gram flour – 1/4 cup
Green chilli
Onion
Carrot
Tomato
French beans
Coriander leaves
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Water
Cooking oil – 2 tbsp
